Return Instructions
Please do not ship your return without reviewing our entire return policy below.

  2. Include all item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Include a copy of your invoice for your return shipment.
  4. Mail your return to:

* Please note that you must contact magicskin.us within 14 days of shipment receipt date regarding product issues or delivery status. Magicskin.us cannot be held responsible for such issues if contacted beyond 14 days from the date of shipment receipt.

Broken/Damaged Items
Once your order arrives, please examine your package for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately to get instructions for returns/replacement. If you find any discrepancy in an order please do not throw away or destroy any part of the packaging, box or products as we will not be able to assist you in obtaining a refund or an exchange. It is very important that you retain all materials associated with the packaging and your order, as they are required to make a claim with the appropriate shipper – without them it is impossible to submit a claim. If possible, please take a picture of the box and/or any damages and retain those for any claims.

  • Magicskin.us is an online retailer: please note that we are unable to process walk-in returns.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and must be in the original seal and packaging to be accepted.
  • Returns are only accepted for defective/unopened items within 14 days of shipment receipt date.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipment charges unless otherwise stated when return confirmation is issued.
  • We encourage shipping returns with tracking as we are not responsible for returned items that become damaged or lost in transit.
